Reconnexion's psychology service offers accessible, affordable and evidenced-based therapy to suit a range of concerns and needs for each person. Our therapists are qualified psychologists and social workers. They have been selected for their warmth, expertise and client-centered approach to therapy. We know it may be difficult to know where to start when looking for a therapist. We can assist you to explore which therapist might be the best fit for you in accordance with why you're seeking therapy. We also accept GP referrals and clients who may have been recommended to attend Reconnexion or to see a specific therapist.

Talk to your GP about obtaining a Mental Healthcare Plan (MHCP) so you can access Medicare subsidised sessions.
Fees for our therapists are:
Clinical Psychologist: $190 or $150* (concession rate)
General Psychologist: $150 or $120* (concession rate)
Social Worker: $140 or $120* (concession rate)
*Please note to access the concession rate you must have a valid concession or pension card.
Medicare Rebates:
You may be eligible to receive up to 10 Medicare rebates per calendar year under the better access mental health care plan through your GP. Rebate coverage includes:
Clinical Psychologist: $137.05
General Psychologist: $93.35
Social Worker: $82.00
Third Party Payment:
Some of our therapists also accept clients whose fees are covered via a third party such as the Traffic Accident Commission (TAC), Workcover, Victims of Crime (VOCAT) and Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA). Please check with our administrative team which therapists are available for third party coverage.
