If you can commit a minimum of one day per week at our East Malvern office for at least 12 months, why not apply?

Successful applicants undertake our award winning, competency based training program at no cost. Training includes:

• a self-guided training manual
• compulsory group training sessions
• final assessments
• 3 months supervised experience taking calls
