James is an experienced psychologist who works with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, relationships, trauma, and related substance use problems. James will work collaboratively with you to assess your particular needs and to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. James will offer you an empathetic and non-judgmental space in which to tell your story. His therapeutic practice includes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, mindfulness, brief psychodynamic psychotherapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
